A strategic six-year partnership with the University of Sydney, Faculty of Pharmacy is in place for the ongoing update of research data available on the IMgateway website.

This partnership includes the joint development of an Australian herb, supplement and food database and the associated interactions with drugs, the first of its kind. UnityHealth, the owner of IMgateway, and the University of Sydney are committed to expanding the coverage of complementary medicines and drugs researched on this database and to also ensure that practitioners and consumers access the latest and most up to date information available.

UnityHealth in partnership with MIMS Australia have developed a unique Australian, evidence based interactions database directly to the healthcare professional's desk top.

This database has been developed by researchers from the Faculty of Pharmacy at The University of Sydney and is delivered via IMgateway and eMIMS.
